Concellation Policy

Tokyo concert is not refundable.Cancellation policy for other events is below.

• Cancellation by April 12th is refundable after subtracting 5% fee and bank transfer fee. For cancellation please contact udayji2018@dhrupadjapan.org.Please note that all the refunds will be made after all the events are finished. If you cancel the set ⑩, ¥9000 will be refunded after subtracting ¥3500 for Tokyo concert, which is not refundable.
• Please note that cancellation after April 12th is not refundable.
